| Comments: I think this customer made an honest mistake as this gun is not approved in the great state of Kalifornia,This is the only way to get my fees back but I think if you contact Bob@auctionarms.com he will probably remove the negative. |

| Rebuttal: I immediately apologized and offered to pay any fees incurred by the seller. Bob @ Auctionarms replied this should make the seller whole. Seller decided to issue negative feedback rather than recoup his fees from me for my error. Sorry he felt this was the best course of action. |
