| Comments: I was the highest bidder on the gun it was sold out from under me. I went to Gunsamerica and saw the same gun for sale, it was sold before action ended . If your not going to follow through with the deal dont post it. Disappointed bidder! |

| Rebuttal: I posted a notice on the auction prior to it's meeting reserve that the gun had sold and DON'T bid. HE BID ANYWAY KNOWING THE GUN WAS SOLD. EVERY other auction site let's you close an auction prior to it's meeting reserve. Are you listening Manny??? |

| Rebuttal: Seller agreed to personal check since he can't ship as classIII paperwork is not in order. My dealer mailed check and forms next day! I received an ultimatum a few days later, no check today, he would cancel. He wants your money fast but he CAN'T deliver fast!!! |
