| Rebuttal: Asked if he wanted me to hold for a while on 5-10,received first reply on 5-14, received payment on 5-20 and sent out 2 days later when I could get to UPS. Sent all info on 5-22 stating UPS would deliver on 5-29-09. I cannot force UPS to go any faster than they do. THESE MUST GO BY GROUND NOT AIR. |
