| Comments: Sent a cashiers check and was told he would have to wait to send it to me because it had to clear. Cashiers checks are money not checks. |

| Rebuttal: I told Vern that my bank refused to cash the check because of a copied signature on it. They would only allow me to deposit it. They also told me that if it failied to clear the money would be deducted. I explained all of this to him. The item will be sent propmtly upon the check clearing. |
