| Comments: seller haggled & agreed 2 sell. 3 days later, with cashiers check sent, seller refused 2 sell 2 California. Talked 2 seller, real issue, gun MAY have been stolen. Most FFLs check & hold guns 4 30 days 2 check federal serial # database. I got my check back, I will be careful to bid w\this seller. |

| Rebuttal: Seller ignored a disclaimer no CA sales, which was OK The week before the item was due to be sent out we received an attorney's letter stating that the gun in question and others that were sold to us at the same time were sold by a family member that most likely did not have the right to sell them. |
