| Comments: They would not answer e-mails, had to make several calls to get the transaction completed, it took a month before receiving item, item was listed as new, but came in scratched and looked to be used. Be careful with these people. |

| Comments: Seller shipped wrong item and I had to pay for return shipping (with no refund) just to get the correct item. I paid immediately yet seller will not post positive feedback for me. Seller will not answer emails or refund overcharges. I got burnt on this transaction. |

| Rebuttal: I did not realize there was a problem with this transaction. As far as I was concerned all had been taken care of. I have not received any further emails regarding this situation. To leave a negative feedback (especially with false info) without contact between parties first is just bad business. |
