| Comments: Customer won auction on 2-25. Wished not to accept gun. We stated we would refund. Customer held on to gun for more than a month before returning it last week and had lodged a "dispute" with credit card company to ensure they immediately pulled funds. |

| Comments: Returned within 3 days as per rules, however under the pretense gun was not functioning properly. Sent back w/o signature and not insured inviolate of AA rules! Fedex Ground does not offer insurance. Return note admitted that gun just needed a good cleaning and lube and was probably functioning ok. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was PERHAPS working adequately but it was so dirty and needed some disassembly (not allowed under AA rules) that it was impossible to tell for sure. |
