| Comments: Seller didn't like the price of winning bid. Said he didn't mean to list gun as a basic auction, said he was going to talk to Auction Arms management about how to handle it. 1 week later, no communications from him and he now has the same gun listed at Gunbroker. Be very wary of this one. |

| Rebuttal: Auction plainly stated that this SG was a free giveaway if you purchased my gen set. I offered to do what was fair, even to the extent of losing a couple of hundred dollars by letting this buyer have the shotgun for the $16.00 bid, The offer stands. I have done my best, has the buyer? I think not. |
