| Comments: There were no manufacturer with the code TSR. The helmet is a reproduction from the German company Mil-Tec. The owner is Thomas Sturm Rottenburg, it´s his initials which is stamped in the helmet.http://www.sturm-miltec.de/de/Home/ 1/Home.htm One of us probably already knew that Trust no one. |

| Comments: I emailed the seller as to cracks or repairs. After 4 days he emailed me back by simply stating "no cracks or repairs".The rear handguard was cracked all the way thru to the rear of the clip. An OLD crack,and did not tell me.I emaied the seller days ago and still no answer!!!! |

| Comments: Seller apparently has an optimistic view of "excellent" condition. Rust I can remove (at the expense of finish), but I have no idea how to fix a loose/bent hilt. This bayonet has been subjected to MUCH abuse, which should have been declared in the description, IMO. |

| Rebuttal: When buyer contacted me, I told him to return it for full refund. He told me it was to much trouble for a $25 item. It would have taken less time to ship it back for full refund than giving me a negative report. |

| Comments: 8-16-99 winning bidder got no response; 9-30-99 winning bidder got no response; 12-27-99 closed auction on high bidder; 12-31-99 closed auction on high bidder; today 1-24 01 closed auction on hgh bidder- me! I don't understand-- seems to be a pattern. |

| Comments: 45/70 was advertised " NRA Fine". Gun was NRA Good at best.His reason for difference was "gun purchased - estate and -hired a certified appraiser- I used same NRA defination as he did." Obviously Sparky is not an independent thinker! Would caution future purchasers to confirm his descriptions. |

| Comments: I was notified that I was the WINNING BIDDER on ITEM # 6549182258. I have sent 4 or more emails to this seller with no response!!! Don't count on being the winning bidder meaning anything to this person. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!! |
