| Comments: Item was shipped same day FFL and funds received. I received many e-mails from him wondering why it wasn't shipped to him. I explained it had to go to the FFL and he picks it up from the FFL. I provided him a tracking number, What more do you want? After about 20 e-mails, I got sick of this guy. |

| Rebuttal: If the mail man walked all the way to California, backwards, it would have arrive faster. Seller did not ship when he said, he gave it to his dealer on that date, shipped two weeks later. |
