| Rebuttal: Strongly dispute. Revolver was cleaned prior to shipment and was sold as needing repair. I do accept returns. |

| Comments: I bought the gun and the extra cylinder at the buy now price and I did not get the extra cylinder. Just got of phone with seller to ask for prof of what he sent and he hanged up on me. Buy the sellers own words the extra cylinder is about a extra $150.00. Seller will refund at this time. |

| Rebuttal: By his own admission, the buyer waited 10 days after verified delivery to his dealer, a pawnshop, prior to pick-up to save his costs on other items. The pawnshop either lost the cylinder or ? 10 days? And the pawnshop cannot provide any of the packaging materials. Filed a USPS claim for the guy. |
