| Comments: Seller never returned any emails or calls. My opinion is that the gun sold to cheaply and rather than sell at the auction price they choose to ignore me. Seems to happen to often with this dealer! |

| Comments: With much regret I'm leaving neg. feedback do to item being sold out right without notice,Seller took ship info and cc #, charged my card and never let me know item sold nor did they refund charges. I called a week later and found out. Charges are in dispute @ bank waiting for refund. |

| Comments: Purchased a diamondback 380 I have asked about the condition of the gun and if it had a case twice no responce, then on my final billing he added a $45.00 shipping charge. We are an FFL and ship all over the country for $25.00 I will not pay that kind of a charge. |

| Comments: In violation of the AuctionArms terms, this seller changed the total amount due after the auction closed. The seller then ignored both AuctionArms and my attempts to complete the sale at the auction price. This sale was cancelled by AuctionArms. Don't support sellers who won't honor the sale. |

| Rebuttal: i am 100 % at fault i was dealing with my xmas holidays and therefore i i shipped the gun 12-28-2011. the auction ended 12-20-2011. i state that there wil be a 3 day hold on any check to make sure it is good. so it took atleast 3 days to get the check ffl. then xmas holidays then shipped gun serious |

| Comments: It's quite obvious to me Brooks is avoding my calls so he doesn't have to sell to me at the price I won. I've emailed him 3 times and called at different times to pay. I've left messages for him to call me and he hasn't called. This guy doesn't act like a professional. |
