| Rebuttal: Didn't realize was such immediate concern, took him 5 days to respond when asked for exact count of unusable brass. Been all of 10 days since he emailed me with count, didn’t ask if I was sending refund, he posts negative feedback! Sent his $3.64 refund today,guess you just can't please some people. |

| Rebuttal: As I explained to bidder, the item somehow disappeared off shelf where all the auction items are stored. This is the first time in over a year of doing auctions that something like this has happened! He DID get his money back, plus a few dollars extra, which he neglected to mention in feedback! |
