| Rebuttal: The buyer was e-mailed with the total amount required, methods of payment preferred, and address the night the auction ended.He called and wanted me to send him a picture of the item he had already bought, before he wanted me to ship.I had to borrow a camera to get him the picture. |

| Comments: The item was not shipped promptly. I had to ask several times for shipping information which was frustrating. The firearm was said to be in excellent condition. Technically, it was in fine condition due to some nicks in the wood. Practically, it was close to excellent. |

| Rebuttal: As to the condition of the gun, it was rated as excellent by two seperate local dealers. The shipping was postponed due to my dealer not getting it on the FEDEX truck the day I gave it to him. The shipping information was relayed to the buyer as soon as it became available to me. |
