| Comments: Advertized close to 100% like new condition but has replacement sling mounts & front sight hood and gouge in stock by recoil block not shown in pictures. Offered money back minus S&H both ways and FFL receiving Fees. My loss $75.00 I asked for replacement of hood and sling mounts with no reply! |

| Rebuttal: I REPRESENTED THE WEAPON AS FAR AS I NEW AND WAS TOLD. I ALSO PUT A QUESTION MARK AFTER THE MODEL. I WAS ALSO CONTACTED BY HIS FFL FOR MORE INFO AND HE COMINTED ON WHAT A NICE GUN IT WAS. I DID NOT SAY IT WAS A COLLECTORS PIECE. |
