| Comments: I do not have a federal firearms license so I tried to contact this individual about getting the gun shipped to a local dealer and I have not been contacted back so I will just buy a gun at my local dealer. |

| Rebuttal: The Buyer Was E-mailed Instructions With EXACTLY What needs to be done Like every other Auction we do. Lucky for us That our other several thousand customers have been able to figure it out. |

| Comments: Gun has a cylinder ejection problems. Seller did not mentioned in description. I sent it to Taurus. They cover ed shipping charges both ways and fixed the problem and serviced the whole gun like new. I got gun back within 10 days. |

| Rebuttal: I do apoligize for any Inconvenience.I Was not aware that the Firearm had ANY Issues.If I had I would have DEFINATELY Mentioned it in the Description.Had the Buyer Picked up the Phone or e-mailed us and Requested a return We would Have Happily Refunded Purchase price and shipping both ways. |
