| Comments: The seller offered to relist this item after 5 conversations regarding difficulty finding an FFL in this area to perform a transfer from a Non-FFL seller. He said it was his first auction. Although I offered to pay any expense for relisting,he posted my only negitive feedback. Typical S.Floridian. |

| Rebuttal: If buyer offered to pay cost of relist,I would not have posted negitive feed back,gun in question was a 1902 Smith Wesson 38 special,the gun was redone with a nickel finish taking away from the collectability value and buyer bid to much and then after buying decided he could not get an ffl. |
