| Comments: badly misdiscribed the mauser I purchased from him he rated the gun good condition it has ruff dark bore the rear site has a ton of sodier on bottom below the wood floor plate rusted pitted beyond repair I was in hosp. so did not check gun soon enough..BEWARE |

| Rebuttal: I do not have a problem honoring the three day inspection period, I have refunded money to unhappy customers before. However, I do have a problem giving a refund after 33 days. If the rifle did not look as he wanted, he should have notified me sooner. |

| Comments: Multiple transaction. Overall shape was good, but action/bolt was P-14 (not P-17),a mount hole was mis-drilled through the top receiver lug seat,and poorly milled breech job allowed left bolt lug to contact barrel. GPS needs gunsmith to check sporterized militaries before listing them. |
