| Comments: There was a crack in the forearm that had glue on it and was not mentioned in the description. Then, when I inspected the shotgun, there was a broken internal part. Shamrock Pawn needs to inspect their sales a little better. |

| Rebuttal: he had ample opportunity to send this back. talked to him two or three times on the phone about it. we've been in the gun business for 25 years so I think we might have figured out how to "inspect" a gun by now. can please everybody but our feedback speaks for itself... |

| Comments: Sent emails ,no reply. Gun not as advertized. Bent rear sight Wasn't stated in auction listing. Rated as EXCELLENT in listing. Not EXCELLENT, maybe fine. Shipping was quick. |

| Rebuttal: Responded to EVERY email he sent us. He called. We told to send gun back for refund if not satisfied. Never sent back. Gun is excellent. If sight was bent before shipping then a mistake on our part for not noticing. Tried to make it right regardles. Look at our rating. I think it speaks for itself. |
