| Comments: Beware of this seller! I have done lots of deals on line and this is the first time I have had a problem. The seller failed to disclose that this item has been refinished in some cheap black coating, which is not distinguishable in the photos. He will not accept a return. Stay away! |

| Rebuttal: every single angle was photographed, had a clear phosphate finish, buyer later said he wanted worn blue. if he would have looked at pics before buying their would be no problem |

| Comments: "The Buyer must send payment by traceable means within 2 Business Day of contact from the Seller providing specific payment instructions." No pay/contact for 9 days. Sale off; no "ongoing transaction". AA has time line & all mail. Holding me hostage to Neg. fdbk doesn't alter facts. |

| Comments: Buyer sent an EMPTY box and claims that because of my low feedback I am trying to rip him off. I triend to negotiate some kind of resolution but he is unwilling to work with me because he "recalls packing the rod". |
