| Comments: Here is yet another "One auction Wonder" who decides after two weeks he can't pay for the gun he bought because his state supposedly won't allow him to own it! What ever happened to researching things BEFORE bidding? SELLERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE....EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES!!! |

| Rebuttal: Despite being left neg. feedback and the fact I cannot own a pistol in NYS w/o a permit,(WHICH I WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILTY OF MY ERROR). I offered to pay auction fees and the difference between my bid and the next highest bidder. No response back from him. Once again my apologies. |
