| Comments: This CA. buyer attempted to have me break the law by shipping a Handgun to a C&R dealer. Claims that he didn't know the CA. law although he has a C&R license. I plainly stated in my description to CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS BEFORE BIDDING! I'm refunding his money and blocking him from further bidding. |

| Rebuttal: I ran into this problem before; I called DOJ and applied and received a C.O.E. Certificate Of Eligibility. This was sent with C&R. This was what I have been instructed to do. |

| Rebuttal: It seems no one knows about this Cal. State Law at DOJ. I Called and spoke with four employees and one field agent and none of them could tell me if I needed this CEO Cert. I spoke with local ATF in charge of C&R Lic. He said he neaver heard of this for purchase between Lics. on long gun C&R's. |

| Rebuttal: What can I say; I live in he republic of California. It was legal today and illegal following week. Give me some credit for hanging in here and fighting the good fight; I could have just moved out of state like the others. |

| Rebuttal: Spoke with seller all is foregiven. It was my fault; went on road for three weeks and payment of $36.00 feel through. Called and spoke with seller who I have done business with in past. |
