| Comments: As this was my first time bidding,I had requested info on the firearm.I felt the price was excessive and not a true auction.As soon as I had bid I had won.I could do that at a gun shop. He gave me a negative rating despite the fact that I sent him 20.00 to cover his cost to AuctionArms. |

| Rebuttal: Successful bidder backed out, IF YOU DONT WANT TO BUY, Please DONT BID!!!I dont believe in low ball starting prices,no one buys/sells a $700.00 gun for $200.00. If you bid, you should win, so be ready to follow through or get negative feedback. |

| Rebuttal: I emailed this bidder to tell him I had multiple items, but he is on some sort of a rant. He wanted to back out or had some other excuse and has not followed through |
