| Comments: Important defects were omitted about this gun. Barrel was "dinged", trigger gard and butt stock replaced (poorly), action loose. Seller defensive, ie. should have asked questions. Said my gunsmith was nitpicking and jealous-- totally absurd. Would not advise doing business with this person. |

| Rebuttal: sorry about the mis-understanding,the gun was just as described,and perfectly serviceable.Some people cant be pleased,I was not defensive just answering his questions.His real problem is he didnt get a $450 gun for $150.If not for his short temper and tantram pulling I would have made him happy. |
