| Comments: Buyer wanted me 2 wait until he deseided 2 pay 4 these lots,leik wat happend 2 the earlier lots,es I refused 2 wait over 3 weeks,so I had the post office return his envelope,es not sell 2 him.He bought frm other sellors while I waited 4 payment 2 arreiv.Not this time again.Rules r 4 all,not sum. |

| Rebuttal: Seller is 'spinning the truth' AGAIN! Nothing recieved in return for $$$ sent...no $$$ returned, no items paid for... NOTHING! This character plays games & makes a habitual practice of deception in his AA descriptions as well as in retailatory Feedback. Eventually the TRUTH will catch up too him! |

| Rebuttal: TRUTH eludes seller again! Payment sent to him within the timeframe HE specified, HE refused payment, then complains of not recieving payment. Seller employs 'shady business practices' by listing items HE knows HE doesn't have in order too sucker a buyer into subsitiuting for something he does have! |
