| Comments: I bid on Ruby's 39A Marlin and was high bidder, but not at his reserve. I requested e-mail photos per his ad before I bid more, but they never came before the auction closed - something about image difficulties. After the auction closed, I was willing to negotiate with him and again asked for pictures before going further. He promised them via U.S. mail twice, but they have yet to arrive (almost two weeks after last communique). Ruby may have valid reasons, but right now I suggest caution. |
