| Rebuttal: Buyers opinion is his own entitlement--however I have been selling old americana for a long time and this definitely was NOT PAINT. I offered refund but NO REPLY so, the item must have met his approval...please view my positive feedbacks--they tell a different story--Nuf said ! |

| Rebuttal: It is unfortunate that the SELLER would not answer my request as to how he desired payment/shipping costs. I waited & waited for a reply to my TWO requests..NO RESPONSE. It is my belief that the SELLER wanted MORE $ for his Uberti than what it went for on this auction...Ho-Hum..You decide the matter |

| Rebuttal: Buyer has right to his opinion.I sold it"as-is"stating also the item was crude & unmarked. Also stated I was unfamiliar with the item and could NOT verify authenticity.Further point-buyer resides in England and he told me the maker of the item & wanted this item regardless & hoped not to be outbid!! |
