| Comments: Before bidding on an item this buyer would do well to educate himself as to the grading standards set forth by Auction Arms. The gun he purchased was listed in good condition which allows for ALL of the negatives he found. In addition each surplus weapon is shipped with a cautionary statement requesting purchaser to have the gun checked by a gunsmith as we are not one. Auction Arms policy also calls for a 3-day return period which he did not avail himself of. |

| Rebuttal: Due to the FFL being in a different county, I do not see the shipped products for up to two weeks, so I can never "avail myself of the 3 day return period". I still would like to return the rifle for refund. |
