| Comments: Stated Colt was new in box. Colt has very obvious drag lines on cylinder & showed use. He offered to take back but I kept because it gave me a matched set & additional costs involved. Big difference between New in box & 90%.. ($800.) Blue Book Of Gun Values. |

| Rebuttal: I offered a full refund including shipping as always if he was not happy. Auction showed detailed photos. Instead he wants to keep it and leaves a negative feedback. Some people just don't make any sense. If you're not happy but still decide to keep it why bitch. |

| Comments: remington 581s advertised as mint, numerous dings on stock, finish stripped from stock, rust on barrel and trigger guard. bought a remington 5r from LDim a couple of years ago, was advertised, having a timney trigger and bedded action neither of which it had, should have learned the first time. |

| Rebuttal: Offered a full refund including his shipping costs if he wasn't happy. All he had to do was ship them back. Not much else I could do for him. |

| Comments: Informed gun was in & it had rust on Mon the 5th. Personally inspected gun on the 6th. Yes it does have some surface rust. Emailed seller about it on 6th. Seller's decription of "minor wear from box" doesn't include rust. Seller does not return email or answer phone. Today is the 11th. |

| Rebuttal: A used parkerized pistol which did have handling marks/box wear as stated in the auction. We even haggled on our price and sold it to this gentleman for less then our reserve. We do answer our phones but you must call when we are open. Sorry he wasn't satisfied. |

| Comments: Seller advises that he cannot complete the transaction because he already sold gun through his store front. He did not think reserve would be met. Larry was totally professional and helpful in the run-up to the final bids. I am inclined to accept his explanation. |
