| Rebuttal: I left negative feedback for this man as he never went thru with the sale. He did after a time notify me that his "business" was doing poorly and that he was backing out. My question is why would he even bid knowing his business is doing poorly. A business doesn't go south overnight. |

| Comments: This seller made a mistake and as a result we could not agree on a price. He then left feedback of neutral for me because AuctionArms didn't give him an option of selecting positive. To his credit he stated all of this in the feedback. Maybe he shouldn't have left any feedback (I don't know). |

| Rebuttal: Auction Arms is an Auction. You won't be able to win every bid. What you feel something is worth is not necessarily what it is really worth, it's only what you are willing to pay for it. That's the fun of an Auction. |

| Comments: Transaction hasn't been completed. I don't know how this guy can give a negative rating. I'm going through a FFL as required. The gun shop just happens to be busy. I'm not sure I'd deal with this guy again...not truthful. |

| Rebuttal: We feel if the buyers "Dealer" for any reason will be a while in sending out his license the firearm should be paid for promptly anyhow. Auction Arms fees to sellers are accured the day of sale. This gentlemen did go through with the sale and as he stated it was a matter with his "Dealer". |

| Comments: Item was described in "MINT" condition. There was a very large chip (1/2"x1") in the stock that would have been nearly impossible to overlook which was never mentioned. He did offer a return but @ my shipping expense(both ways!). I will not do business with this seller in the future. |
