| Comments: Just brought this purchase home from my FFl holder. He had never opened the box, and we didn't open it in his shop. When I got it home I opened the box and found that the bolt was frozen in the magazine. I cant begin to vent my ire in 300 words!!! |

| Rebuttal: Wow! a 34 day old complaint! I offered him a full refund anyway and he refused. Maybe the rem 1100 for $230 factored into this. Said I owed him some money instead. Claimed he didn't open the box at the dealer so no way to claim shipping damage or serial # verification-it was insured as well. |
