| Comments: I have a hard time understanding how this gun was described as unfired. There is leading all over the cylinder. That aside, I am overall pleased, as I have a hard to find solid pistol that has seen very little use. Overall I am satisfied. If I needed it to be as described, I would be unhappy |

| Rebuttal: The auction description says "looks unfired" It was not portrayed as a mint pristine pistol, or would have been listed as "new", it was not. I should have looked, but it was not my gun, looked unfired to me, thus, listed as such. |

| Rebuttal: Mark put three "neutral" feedbacks on my otherwise pristine record. I had, and still am experiencing some money problems. I emailed Mark told him that I could not buy the 20 DOLLAR item he had for auction (I was the only bidder), but through hard work on my behalf, I did get up the money to purchase the items with a money order. Mark DID NOT REPLY TO NUMEROUS INQUIRIES by myself if this would meet his satisfaction. We are therefore entertained by feedback for three 20 dollar items I could not purchase. This is on a person (ME) who has had TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars worth of transactions on this fine auction service. THANK YOU! |
