| Rebuttal: Computer problems on my side was the cause for no contact. Emails where send but new ISP and spam hardware moved replies to other locations. It has since been resolved with Superdave and item shipped no charge to make up for the computer problems. |

| Comments: This individual sold me a gun, which had been listed as "excellent", that had SEVERAL rounds fired though it that pierced the primer. This resulted in a boltface with numerous deep depressions in it. |

| Rebuttal: Purchased back in JULY.The weapon was posted for a customer of ours and payment made out to him.Got an email back stating that everything looked fine.I think it is unfair to post negative feedback before attempting to resolve any problems.This is called courtesy. |
