| Comments: R-man, the winning bid in my auction number 7313586. He failed to contact me & failed to make the purchase. I found out after calling his number that he had died and Auction Arms forced me to give him a negative feedback in order to not get charged by Auction Arms for a sale that never took place. |

| Rebuttal: Actually, I am still alive. What happened is I did pay for the item, he just did not have it in stock and I did not respond to his e-mail soon enough to get an alternative item. He then had the nerve to ask me to give him a positive review after everything was done. |
