| Comments: I bid on a winchester mod 37a 12ga. I received a mod 37a 20ga. I phoned him and he said he would send me my money and pay to have it shipped back to him but he never did. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone. I would have to give him FFFFFFFFFFFFF++++++++++++. |

| Rebuttal: Yes we did mess up on the gun, but it as made right and the person was asked if he was satisfied and he responded favorably |
