| Rebuttal: I found out I was not legally able to own rifle after I won auction. I had talked to seller prior to bidding. I offered to pay for rifle and then send me rifle in September when ban would be lifted. We were not aware of rules at time until seller looked them up. There was no other bids on rifle. |
