| Rebuttal: I have a record of seven emails to Him in one month. Tried both thru auction arms and responded directly to his emails. If He didn't get them,I don't know. Had He left a ph # I would have called Him. Hard to believe He didn't get any of seven emails, sent two different ways. |

| Comments: Rifle had some chamber problems (advertised as ok chamber) but it was a beater rifle so I wasn't expectng the world. No notice of reciept of payment or shipment of rifle. It was sent to my ffl in reasonable time but no one decided to tell me. |
