| Comments: After completion of the auction I emailed the seller MANY times with no response and an obvious neglect on his part to complete the transaction. The reserve was met, the seller should follow through but did not. |

| Rebuttal: Correction. Different customer mailed FFL and MO on 1/22. This customer was notified by AA and myself of instructions to complete the transaction. There was not a RESERVE as he stated. Although it is only a $76 rifle, it is still illegal to ship w/o an FFL (and we still would like payment). |

| Comments: 300 charcters is not enough Auction Arms. Bottom line..I paid for this gun minutes after the auction ended on 20 Dec. Did not recieve it until 21 Jan. They were dishonest about when the item shipped and also about the condition of the piece. I will not use this guy again. |

| Rebuttal: Paid for 12/20 in our VT shop. FFL postmarked 1/6 (I still have the postmarked envelope) & sent to our NH shop instead of our VT shop (your mistake); rec'd in NH shop 1/10. Shipped 1/13. Pictures and description are accurate however I will gladly refund all your monies upon return of firearm. |

| Comments: DEALER SHOULD CLARIFY ADDRESS.IF LOCATION IS NEW HAMPSHIRE HE SHOULD PLACE THE ADDRESS IN THAT STATE INSTEAD OF COMPLETE VERMONT ADDRESS AND PHONE ON THE AUCTIONED ITEM.NO PERSON IN THE RIGHT MIND WILL DO THIS KIND OF DEAL |
