| Comments: When gun was shipped to my ffl (brand new in box) the butt plate was missing!! When I called James Wayne His respons was that they cant do nothing for me. Lovely way to treat a cash customer who payed full price. Wold never do bussiness with the guy again. |

| Rebuttal: Customer accepted gun from FFL then kept it for over 30 days before reporting any problems. 3 Day inspection is stated on all our ads. |

| Comments: DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER TOTAL BS. I contacted seller to confirm gun was in stock and ready to ship before using buy it now. After reciving my money i was given a total BS line that they had sold it to another person and they wouldnt sub for another model. Seller took forever to refund my money. |

| Comments: I contacted this seller to make shure they had this rifle in stock they said Yes,I bought it.I received an email from them saying the item is in stock and to send money order and a copy of FFL , Which I did the same day.After 7 days I sent 2 emails as I had not herd from them, got call gun was sold. |

| Comments: Horrible. By far one of the worst FFL dealers I've ever had the misfortune of buying from. The pistol looked nothing like the pictures and had dirt and rust everywhere on and in the barrel of the weapon. Grip was dry rotted and cracker and not the weapons orginal grip. Do not buy from these people. |

| Comments: After multiple contacts with their shop I was told that they did not have a rifle to ship me. When I asked them why they had no answer. They did not offer my money back at first I had to contct ATF to speed that along. I also saw them sell the same rifle on gunbroker the day after I bought mine. BAD |
