| Comments: We argeed upon a shipping cost of $15.00 to ship rifle. Seller then tells me that he had to buy a box and bubble wrap and that I owe additional funds after he gets paid. Totally unjustified. Can I deduct the cost of the USPS money order and the mailing costs to get payment to him? Of course not! |

| Rebuttal: We agreed FedEx would be ABOUT $15 but that I had to spend money on box and peanuts. Buyer seems to have conveniently forgotten this detail. Auction terms were $25 and buyer paid $15. For jewing me out of $10, this buyer deserves a red mark. I would not sell to or buy from this individual again. |
