| Comments: This gentlemen has decided not to go through with the auction. He has questions concerning the validity of the rifle to be a pre-ban. I have no problem with his decision. I'm sure he would be a great buyer if he was more convinced. Hope I can sell him something else in the future. |

| Rebuttal: I bid on a rifle advertised as pre-ban. I checked the serial # with Bushmaster and they said it was POST BAN. LDim did not have a problem with me withdrawing from the auction. Check the serial # before you bid! |
