| Rebuttal: We noticed a severe defect that made the pistol unsafe after we had posted it for auction, therefore we thought it better to pull the item than to let the sale go through. Email answer was returned to all who asked. |

| Comments: I was the high bidder on an IJ .38 topbreak, and a couple of emails over 3 weeks have been ignored. If the price was too low, why doesn't the seller use a reserve? |

| Rebuttal: First (E) received after three weeks, I sent two (E) never received an (E) back. When I did receive an (E) I offered the I.J. At the bid price. Never received a responce. What a BUMMER. |
