| Rebuttal: This is not how Boise Gun Co. does business. If we had been contacted that there was a problem this matter would have been fixed immediately, as our feedback proves the way we do business. We were never contacted about any problems with this rifle. This customer had an opportunity to be satisfied. |

| Comments: Misrepresented condition as "NRA Fine" - not even close. I had to refinish entire rifle stock and blueing. All for a $105. rifle sale!! Response to my follow up call was unprofessional. |
