| Comments: AA # 6396953 closed on 1-25-05 with ARS as the winner,on 1-26-05 ARS said they were sending paperwork and payment, today is 2-07-05(13 days), their paperwork has not arrived, they no longer respond to emails. Another "Dead Beat" bidder. |

| Rebuttal: E-mails were being sent in as SPAM and deleted by AOL. I didnt receive any e-mails saying payment had not been received untill after auction was re-listed. Payment and FFL were sent in same day I received a total. This was my mistake for not following up on the auction. |
