| Comments: did not send payment or respond to e-mails after the sale, claims i broke the gun, when i checked bore at his request, the bolt spring broke and i replaced it with a new one 100 years old, and i e-mailed him that i did and would send broken one with gun. Just being honest, he should try it. DEADBEAT |

| Comments: AUCTION ENDED 1/23/05 IT IS NOW 3/22/05. I HAVE CONTACTED HIM TWICE BY E-MAIL AND PHONE SAID PAYMENT WAS COMING. NOW NO RESPONSE TO E-MAIL . I'VE BEN MORE THAN PATIENT IT NOW TIME TO RELIST AND RECOVER MY AUCTION FEES. |

| Rebuttal: My dad was very sick at the time of the auction, we ended up loosing him in March, The stevens pistol was the last think on my mind.I got the news just after the auction closed, and took off to Florida. All this for a 175. dollar gun! I'm glad he recouped his auction fees. 5 dollars JERK |
