| Rebuttal: Did not or could not read the auction conditions regarding states not supported through my auctions. Bid in-spite of the rules, sounds like the current administration to me. |

| Comments: We had a huge communication breakdown. I never refused his shipping charges, I only questioned them. I truly think he was upset at the price I got them for and wanted to resell. Sorry |
