| Comments: very bad buyer ..ups damaged the gun ...i refunded his bid price [ my terms were no postage or shipping would be refunded ] ..and then he left negative feedback ..and started the threatening phone calls ...he is banned from my items ..beware of dealing with him |

| Rebuttal: Paid him $30 for ship/ins. Gun damaged; UPS denied claim; poor packing. Sent gun back; he kept my $30. Seller has obligation to properly pack gun. Ralph is a fraud; won't face his responsbility for poor packing. Feel sorry for Ralph; so cheap he has to keep $30. Contacted Attorney General in ME |
