| Rebuttal: He could've gotten the gun to me. His description says, "Certified funds ship next day." I sent him certifed funds, an Official Bank Check. On Dec. 24 he notified me "received your check 12/22 will ship after it clears..." Why hold a certified bank check to clear? Go figure?!?! |

| Rebuttal: There is more too it than that. The description said nothing about extra holes drilled in the receiver and the LOP was shorter than standard LOP; stock cut off. Seems like description should have told that; would cut down on bids & returns. |

| Rebuttal: Give more details and guns wouldn't be returned. Seller failed to say the buttstock wasn't checkered (said forearm was checkered) and sling swivel on buttstock was off-centered. A "rookie" stock job, not "custom". I shouldn't get a neutral for telling "the rest of the story!" |

| Rebuttal: I returned the Winchester 70. Described as having "a few minor dings and bruises". It had numerous scratches, dings etc. Why should I get a "Neutral" for a wide difference in opinions on the description? |

| Rebuttal: It makes no sense to leave a "neutral" rating just because I returned a gun that I felt he did not accurately describe. If you are afraid of a "return", don't advertise them for sale!! |
