| Comments: Sold me a "new" gun that has a defected sight not mentioned in description. Wasted $90 in transfer and shipping fee. Despite knowing this problem with the gun seller continue to re-list item as new and never mention of it's defect. BUYERS BEWARE!! |

| Rebuttal: he bought a new gun [ century arms made ] and expected it to be as fine a finish as a colt ...he contacted centiry arms and they confirmed it was a brand new gun ...the buyer's dealer soaked him on transfer fees ..yet somehow that is my fault ???????? beware of this buyer he's bad news |

| Comments: The rifle arrived damaged. I called Ralph & he said he would contact UPS and give me a full refund when gun was returned.The claim was denied;improperly packed. He kept my $30 for ship/ins. When we pay for ins we assume he knows how to pack gun. He wouldn't take responsility for it. Hung up! BEWARE |

| Rebuttal: gun was double packed 2 boxes ...and well padded ..ups crushed end of both outer and inner boxes [ accordianed ] ..sent him full refund on his bid .as stated in the auction description ..after he got it he started with the threating phone calls ..so i hung up on him ..he is banned from my auctions |

| Comments: I paid for UPS INSURED shipping. The firing pin is broken, and there is extensive damage to the stock, should have been more than a plastic sandwich baggie for packaging between the steel barrel and the delicate wood stock. NRA=POOR. this is a very DISHONEST SELLER. BUYER BEWARE! |
