| Comments: Charles Huegel is a thief! I won this auction and sent $37 on August 8 and got nothing. I wrote this crook on Sept. 3 and 19, he said he would send the package out priority mail on the 6th of September. Today is Oct. 9th and I haven't got anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY. BUYER BEWARE! |

| Comments: Buyer Beware. They cashed money orders for a $1600 rifle on 7-20-01. They didn't ship rifle until 8-05-01.I asked for tracking #, didn't get it,they do not return phone calls or e-mail. Rifle was not as described, I called and e-mailed that I would return. They have refused delivery. |

| Rebuttal: The rifle Came Back disasembled in a UPS box Marked GUN PARTS, I refused the box and told him to Re-Assemble the rifle and ship it back to me. He said he dosent know how to. I wont accept it untill its returned in the same condition it was shipped. |

| Rebuttal: I TOLD HIM I ACCEPT MONEYORDERS AND PAYPAL ONLY AND HE SENDS ME A PERSOLAL CHECK WITH A CHECK NUMBER OF 107 AND HE GETS MAD WHEN I TELL HIM HE WILL HAFT TO WAIT 15 DAYS TILL THE CHECK CLEARS. THEN POSTS THIS CRAP AFTER HE ALREADY GOT THE PRODUCT I SENT HIM. I HATE BUYERS LIKE THIS. |
